1 Definitions and  Applicability

In this document, "cricket" or "platform" refers to the cricketlogin.cam website and all services, games, promotions, and customer support channels operated under it. "User" or "member" refers to any person who has registered or is using the platform.

These Terms apply to users residing in Bangladesh. They take effect as soon as you access the site. No person under the age of 21 is permitted to use any service on this platform.

2 Account  Registration

2.1 Registration Requirements

A valid account is required to place bets or play casino games on cricket. During registration, you must provide your correct name, email address, mobile number, and date of birth. Registering with false information is not allowed, and any such account may be closed at any time.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. Opening more than one account under the same name or from the same device is strictly prohibited. If such a situation is detected, the accounts will be temporarily suspended and any accumulated bonuses may be cancelled.

2.3 Account Verification

To ensure security, cricket may at any time request a national ID card, passport, or other official document for identity verification. Verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account will remain temporarily suspended.

2.4 Login Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details secure. You should not share this information with any third party. If you suspect any unauthorised access, contact our support team immediately.

3 Age Limit and  Eligibility

The minimum age to create an account and use services on cricket is 21. Members confirm they meet this age requirement at the time of registration. If an underage account is identified, it will be closed immediately and all transactions will be considered void.

4 Deposits and  Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

You can deposit funds on the cricket platform using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. No transaction fees are deducted directly by the platform.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

Winnings can be withdrawn using the same payment methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

4.3 Verification and Security Checks

5 Bonuses and  Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000, an additional ৳1,000 will be added as a bonus, giving you a balance of ৳2,000; before withdrawing the bonus, you must wager ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000.

5.2 Bonus Terms of Use

Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses. Bonus funds are not treated as cash — they cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met. More than one bonus cannot be active at the same time, and the conditions of a previous bonus must be fulfilled before claiming the next one.

5.3 Other Promotions

cricket's weekly, special occasion, and referral bonuses also have their own wagering requirements, which are stated in each promotion's details. If evidence is found that bonuses were claimed by violating promotion terms, the amount will be cancelled and the account may be subject to review.

5.4 Right to Cancel Bonuses

If a technical error is found in any bonus offer, cricket reserves the right to correct or cancel that bonus. Bonuses for which the conditions have already been met will not be cancelled.

6 Betting  Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

A bet can be cancelled on the cricket platform until it has been finally confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed. The same rule applies to live betting after an event has started.

6.2 Settlement of Results

Bets on cricket matches, football, and other sports events are settled only after the result is confirmed from an official source. If a match is postponed or cancelled, a separate notice will be issued regarding the bets. In general, bets on postponed matches are cancelled and the stake is returned.

6.3 Odds Changes

Displayed odds may change at any time. However, once a bet is confirmed, the odds at that moment are considered final. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, cricket reserves the right to review that bet.

6.4 Casino Game Rules

The rules of each game provider apply to live casino and slot games. RTP and other game statistics are indicative and do not guarantee actual results. If a game stops mid-round due to a software error, the result of that round will be reviewed.

7 Prohibited  Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cricket platform:

• Operating multiple accounts by the same person or group
• Deliberately using multiple accounts to collect bonuses ("bonus abuse")
• Transferring or selling control of an account to another person
• Using automated bots or scripts to place bets or play games
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities
• Collecting or using another user's personal information
• Identifying a technical error on the platform and exploiting it for personal gain

If any of the above activities are proven, the account may be permanently closed and all deposited and won funds may be confiscated.

8 Account Closure and  Suspension

8.1 Closure at the User's Request

Any member who wishes to close their account may apply via live chat or email. Before the account is closed, the member will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance.

8.2 Suspension by the Platform

If a breach of the Terms is suspected, cricket may temporarily suspend an account without prior notice and will inform the member of the decision after the investigation is complete.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

As part of responsible gaming, members can exclude themselves from the platform for a set period. Once this feature is activated, it will not be possible to access the account or place bets during that time.

10 Limitation of  Liability

The cricket platform provides services on an "as is" basis. Services may be temporarily disrupted due to technical issues, server outages, or third-party failures. In such situations, the platform will not be liable for indirect losses.

Betting and casino games carry a risk of financial loss. Users consciously choose to use these services and are already aware of the potential for loss. cricket does not guarantee any winnings.

cricket bears no responsibility for links to external websites or third-party services. The quality and security of those services are the responsibility of the relevant providers.

11 Changes to  Terms

cricket reserves the right to change, add to, or remove any part of these Terms as needed. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform.

Continuing to use the site after changes have been made means you have accepted the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, please notify the support team to close your account.

These Terms are published in Bengali, which is considered the original version.
